Savor, Niagara Falls Culinary Institute's (NFCI) upscale dining restaurant, provides a real-world hands-on learning experience for students enrolled in the Culinary Arts, Pastry Arts and Hospitality programs. Savor features an open kitchen where student chefs are on "display" to showcase their talents to the guests. Savor is open to the public and offers a prix fixe lunch and dinner menu.
Students work in rotation throughout Savor, including the wood-stone oven, serving fine dining cuisine. The goal is to expose students to classically prepared cuisine, presented in today's modern style, with an emphasis on using high quality ingredients, all in a state-of-the-art kitchen.

Savor will reopen for dine-in meals, curbside takeout and take home meal kits on Friday, October 9
Lunch will be served from 11:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
Dinner will be served from 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
Reservations are encouraged and can be made by calling 716-210-2580 or by using the form on the right of this page. All guests of Savor will be required to complete a COVID-19 screening survey and have their temperature taken prior to admittance to the restaurant. In accordance with NYS guidelines, patrons are required to wear masks inside the building when not seated at a table and when at the bar. Curbside payment is available for takeout and take home meal kits.
