Tip Policy

In accordance with IRS regulations students at Niagara Falls Culinary Institute are not permitted to accept tips.  All monies collected from any additional donations will be returned to our students through a scholarship fund.  We thank you for honoring this policy of which maintains the students focus on education.  Our menu is written to coincide with lessons being taught in our classrooms and vary frequently.
